You can add a Fast Track Manufacture option to your order. If you are in a hurry and can't wait for our usual manufacture lead times then you can pay for Fast Track Manufacture. Your order will then be fast tracked up the list and prioritised. We will then ship via 24 hr UK tracked shipping instead of the usual 48hr. For international orders this is just a boost in manuafcture as we cant speed up shipping or customs checks internationally.

Eye colours

Our Thermal option has a 4oz silver pigment coated waterproof layer.

This is a strong, durable polyester fabric. It is waterproof and water resistant but unlike other 4oz materials, it is coated in a silver pigment. This silver pigment reflects heat making it great as a lining material keeping cool in summer and warmth in in winter.

This fabric has the following properties:

• Waterproof: Water will just slide off it, protecting it against the rain.
• Lightweight: This fabric is thin and light,.
• Durable: This fabric is hard-wearing and strong.

This layer is then quilted to another layer of wadding material which is hollow fibre Dacron type, constructed by bonding polyester fibres to create an airy fabric, very versatile flame retardant.

The quilting holds the layers securly and forms pockets to add further to its qualities.

This is an ultimate thermal protection in the summer and winter. 

So if you have a sun visor fitted you will need the screen cover customising to fit around the mounting of the visor. When you order, please select that you have a sun visor fitted and we will contact you to double check how it fits. Most visors just require a tweak to the top by the door pillar. We do this free of charge. 

If you have non standard mirrors, like bus mirrors or other stange fitment. Please select the bus mirror option. We will then contact you to double check what customisation we need to do to the cover. These adjustments are free of charge.

If you have a snorkel mounted to your vehicle then we will need to adjust the screen cover to fit around the snorkel mount.

When this option is added it costs a little extra this is for the extra material and time it takes to make this adjustment, We will also contact you to make sure of the mount position if its a non standard Snorkel

Local pickup is available if you are in the Ashford Area. Please send us a message adn we will arrange when the screen cover is completed for you to collect.

Shipping

Shipping is FREE worldwide we use Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery should be within two to three working days of dispatch

As our Dub Eye covers are hand made a dispatch date may depend on customisations. We will send an order notification when it has been shipped

For International shipping delivery can be fast, but sometimes held up by customs. We have a tracking number so can check where a package is

EU Shipping

We No longer sell into the following countries as of 16 October 2024 due to large import taxes that customers in these countries are being asked to pay by local customs departments. 

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

We cannot be held responsible for late delivery due to courier problems like, bank holidays, industrial action etc. But we will do our best to trace parcels lost

Returns and Refunds Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

• obvious signs of use/missuse
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Kent Dubs, 16 Kent Avenue, Ashford, Kent United Kingdom TN24 8NQ.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
