Shipping
We create bespoke screen cover products that are made by hand in the UK. As a result these take time to craft. We aim for a swift creation and delivery but at busy times this may be as much as 3-4 weeks. Our average time from order payment to shipping is 2 weeks. Depending on where you are located shipping may take some time to clear customs in the recieving country. We cannot control this but aim to provide updates via our tracking systems.

UK Shipping
Shipping in UK is FREE. We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 to send to all UK addresses. Delivery should be within two to three working days of dispatch

EU Shipping
Shipping is now FREE ! We use Royal Mail International Tracked Parcels to send to all EU destinations.
Delivery can be fast, but sometimes held up by customs. We have a tracking number so can check where a package is. You are responsible for any import taxes due. Please see below for full disclaimer.

- Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.

- The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of UK), the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.
- If a product is seized and destroyed by the customs, or returned to Kent Dubs in the UK, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or refunds. It is the buyer’s responsibility to cover the shipping costs when the buyer wishes to have a second delivery attempt after the product is returned to Kent Dubs Ltd.
