Any percentage commission is calculated on paid product value after discounts and returns, excluding VAT or sales tax, shipping, duties, fees, tips and gift cards in every country. Commercial rates, annual performance targets, territories and event-support terms are confirmed in writing after application review.
Fair performance reviews
No surprise automatic downgrades.
Sales activity should be monitored across a rolling year, but the portal should report candidates for review rather than changing status on its own.

Event support
Approved shows can unlock extra Kent Dubs support.
Kent Dubs is building an event calendar that connects public show promotion with private Partner assignments. An Authorised Partner assigned to an approved event may receive additional event-cost support when the privately agreed paid-sales target is reached.

Before you apply
Do I need to become an Authorised Partner to earn commission?
No. The Affiliate route is designed for referrals and occasional promotion. It pays commission on eligible attributed sales without full partner status or portal access.
Can an established business apply directly as a Partner?
Yes. Converters, retailers, rental companies, installers and established event operators can be approved directly when the customer opportunity and brand fit are clear.
How do Affiliate upgrades work?
We review paid attributed sales, customer quality and promotion activity. Reaching the usual Bronze qualification opens a Partner review; it does not create an automatic entitlement.
Can a Partner be moved back to Affiliate?
Yes, if activity remains below the agreed level or programme standards are not maintained. The system should flag the account for HQ review; any change is made manually with context and notice.
Do you accept international applications?
Yes. The best route depends on country, customer base, shipping, local support and the realistic regional opportunity.
How does the event pitch-fee rebate work?
Approved event assignments may include additional pitch-fee support when a privately agreed paid-sales target is achieved. The fee, target, attribution window and support amount are confirmed directly with the Partner before the event.
How do Authorised Partners get paid?
Approved partners connect a Stripe payout account from Earnings in the Partner Portal. Stripe securely collects identity and bank details. Once setup is complete, eligible commission can be requested under the payout arrangements shown in your account. Connecting Stripe does not itself release money. International payout availability is subject to Stripe support and Kent Dubs approval.
Can payouts be requested, weekly or monthly?
Kent Dubs can agree request-only, weekly or monthly payout batching for your account. Your minimum balance, timing and approval process are shown privately in the portal. During the initial rollout, HQ reviews requests before releasing transfers. A scheduled request is not a guaranteed bank-arrival date; Stripe verification and bank processing still apply.
Do I earn commission for leads or completed sales?
Commission is based on eligible paid sales attributed to your account, not simply submitting a lead. Use your assigned referral link or a customer checkout link created in the portal. Commission is calculated on product value after discounts and returns, excluding VAT or sales tax, shipping, duties, fees, tips and gift cards. Unpaid or cancelled orders do not earn commission, and refunds can reduce the amount due. Your commercial rate is confirmed privately.
How do partners place orders for customers?
Authorised Partners can use Build & Share Order to configure current Kent Dubs products and send the customer a secure checkout link or QR code. The customer completes their details and pays through Kent Dubs Shopify checkout. Kent Dubs supports product, fitment, production and after-sales questions; always confirm current lead times and options before making a promise to a customer.
Are flags, displays and marketing equipment supplied free?
Not automatically. Approved digital materials are available through the Marketing Kit. Physical items follow the purchase or loan terms shown in Supplies & Equipment, including any price, refundable deposit and return conditions. Items marked coming soon are not yet available. Sponsored flags, showroom displays and bespoke support must be agreed with HQ in writing before ordering or arranging manufacture.
How do I get help once I become a partner?
Use Help & FAQs in the Partner Portal for practical guidance, or Support messages to contact Paul and the Kent Dubs team. Include an order or payout reference and photos where useful. Your conversation is shared with your partner business and HQ, not other partner businesses. Replies may not be immediate. Never send passwords, bank details or identity documents in messages.
