We cut each cover to order from our own Kia PV5 Passenger pattern. The waterproof 600-denier outer wraps across the windscreen and both front door windows, with fixings around the wing mirrors. It gives you privacy to change when the cab lights are on and blocks the early morning sun when you fancy a lie-in.
Blackout or Thermal?
- Blackout blocks light through all three front windows. Choose it if darkness and privacy are what you want from your cover.
- Thermal gives you the same blackout, with 280 g/m² wadding quilted to a silver heat-reflective layer. That extra insulation helps keep the cab cooler on sunny days and hold warmth on chilly nights. It can also help reduce condensation on the inside of the glass.
Choose the face of your PV5
Start with black or grey fabric. Keep it plain, or give your Kia a pair of eyes. Try Sophie’s lashes in turquoise or Karen’s narrowed eyes in red. The visualiser lets you try all five designs against your van’s paint colour. You can also add your van’s name in your choice of lettering.
If you like a view with your morning brew, choose the optional Day Use Drop Down. Lower the front section to let daylight in while the rest of the cover stays fitted.
Will it fit my Kia?
We took our template from the Kia PV5 Passenger (2025 onwards). The standard-roof PV5 Cargo shares the same front cab design. If you have a Cargo, check the fit with us before ordering.

This cover is made using our own template for the vehicle named on this page. Check the model, generation and year carefully, and tell us about unusual mirrors, snorkels, sun visors or coachbuilt details before ordering.
Both options provide full blackout and privacy. Thermal adds 280gsm insulation quilted to a silver heat-reflective layer for greater year-round temperature control. The current price of both options is shown on this page.

The live preview helps you compare the selected vehicle, paint colour, cover colour and design. Colours are representative and may vary with lighting, screen settings and vehicle age.
An external thermal cover can help reduce condensation on cab glass by insulating it from outside temperatures. Ventilation and moisture inside the vehicle still matter, so results vary with conditions.
The current made-to-order lead time is 5 weeks until dispatch. This is a live estimate and updates with our production capacity.
